SYNOPSIS
Raphael lives in a small village in the Chilean desert. As a child a divine revelation left a mark on him and ever since he believes himself to be a Christ; some take him for a saint, the majority for a pagan. His town’s lack of faith is wearing him out. One day he finds out his childhood friend Victor is dying far away. Rafael feels the call to perform his first miracle, so he decides to leave everything to go save his first believer.

DIRECTOR BIOFILMOGRAPHY 

Christopher Murray (1985), licenced in Social Communications with the title of Audiovisual Director from the Communications Faculty of Catholic University of Chile. Has directed several videoclips of chilean music bands and a number of digital shortfilms. Manuel de Ribera, his first feature film, co-directed with Pablo Carrera, was selected at Rotterdam, Toulouse, BAFICI, München, Calgary, Viennale and Göteborg, and won as Best National Film on its national première at SANFIC 2010. His crossmedia documentary project Mapa Fílmico de un País (www.mafi.tv) has achieved the national fund and international recognition in the web.
