SYNOPSIS

In order to impress Bianca, his lover, Julio brags about the relationship he has with an old established writer. The truth is thar he only got a job interview with the perspective of typing up a novel into the computer. When he ends up not getting the job, Julio decides to forge the manuscripts he saw at the interview, using the same notebooks and ink color. He then transcribes them at Bianca’s place. Since he needs a plot, he uses the love story he had with Emilia 10 years earlier, when both were literature students in the south of Chile.  A romande shaped by books, both those they had read and by those they had not but claim to have done. Julio and Emilia progressively blend ino a single being; until a plant he gives her as a gift starts to tear them apart.
